Article I
The Ocian Federation and Amokolia do hereby agree to merge into one single “Federation” called the Ocian Federation.
Article II
All Previous federal frameworks of the Ocian Federation shall remain intact
Article III
a) Amokolia is to be a Special Administrative Provence within the Ocian Federation.
b) It shall have the right to its own regional assembly at Annunia.
c) The Regional Assembly shall have the power to pass laws affecting only the Special Administration Provence of Amokolia.
d) Amokolians shall be represented in the Federal Assembly of the Ocian Federation by a minimum of two Assembly Members.
Article IV
The Military of Amokolia is to be seceded into the Ocian Defence Forces.
Article VI
Issues of Foreign Affairs, Defence, Economic Policy, Trade Relations, and law (on the Federal level) shall be the responsibility of the Federal government of the Ocian Federation.
Article VII
All Amokolian territories on Micras is to be considered souvereign territory of the Ocian Federation. |

Given that Jess has violated the laws of Amokolia, he is hereby revoked of his citizenship and exiled from the country.
He has given me no choice but to assume full command of the government.
This treaty is considered null and void, and any Ocian setting foot on Amokolian soil will be shot on sight.
